Milosav Knezević is CIO/COO of Raiffeisen bank a.d. Belgrade, responsible for IT, operations, project management, information security and procurement. He is also a chairman of IT committee in Association of Serbian banks. With more than 20 years of managerial experience, including 6 years in software development companies and senior leadership roles in Raiffeisenbank Serbia, he has played a key role in building IT teams and growing one of the country’s leading financial institutions. Throughout different stages of transformation, he shaped IT operating models and promoted a culture of life-long learning and strong delivery, while fostering a startup mindset. His leadership has been further enhanced through executive programs within the RBI Group and at IMD.
