With 20+ years in the tech industry, Marina combines global business leadership with a deep understanding of people and culture. Currently leading DataArt’s operations in Serbia. Before joining DataArt, Marina held leadership roles at Motorola, EMC, and Dell, and gained international experience working in the USA, Russia, and Serbia. She has successfully launched R&D centers from the ground up, led complex M&A transitions, and built distributed teams that thrive across borders and time zones. Marina is passionate about building tech organizations where both innovation and people flourish. She’s also an active contributor to the regional tech ecosystem through her role on the Board of the Serbian IT Association (SITA).
