Josif Kostić is a technology leader and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in building software solutions and leading innovative IT projects. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Boopro Technology, he has been driving teams and projects for over eight years, specializing in software engineering, system architecture, and digital transformation. He is also the Co-Founder of Space Station Hub, a coworking and event space in Niš, where he fosters a vibrant community that connects technology, business, and creativity.

His expertise spans the IPTV/OTT industry, networking systems, cloud computing, and software architecture. Josif has served as Project Manager and Tech Lead on several successful projects in the fintech, ,marketplace, streaming and digital services industry. Additionally, as a Fractional CTO, he has worked with startups such as Adria Telekom, SportyMate, Pet Watch, Bookybook and W Media Group providing technology consulting and software project management expertise.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Niš and iscurrently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of York in the United Kingdom. He has also completed certifications in Project Risk Management and Negotiation, combining technical expertise with strategic business and leadership skills.
